For our Panerai HQ, we are looking for a Panerai Marketing Operation Coordinator.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, he/she is the key referent of the Marketing Operations of the designed Markets.

She/He has the responsibility of coordinating and following the implementation of all marketing and communication strategy and actions and driving the performance measures: cross-functional project management, 360 activation plans, product launches, key campaigns, key events for the brand (Watches&Wonders etc), liaising with all internal stakeholders and the regions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Marketing

  • Contribute to the Brand annual strategic plan and budget elaboration and presentations to the Group
  • Collect information about competitors’ best practices and marketing activities at local level
  • Provide market insights for the creation of new communication campaigns
  • Be involved and follow-up the contents creation with the Creative Department

 

Coordination with Regions

  • Validate the marketing strategy within local business plans for designated Regions
  • Work with regional marketing departments to ensure the correct implementation of marketing guidelines
  • Realize briefs for specific activations at local level
  • Monitor local marketing and communication KPI’s in collaboration with HQ team
  • Build strong relationships across a global team to ensure achievement of business objectives as well as look for opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
  • Identify local key dates/events and makes sure to communicate specific needs to HQ teams on time

 

PROFILE

 

Degree in BA and/or Marketing

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a structured and multinational environment

Ability to accompany a branding strategy with vision being entrepreneurial with hands on approach towards business

Leadership skills:  ability to manage and convince people (HQ, region)

Strategic vision, ability to “zoom out and in” a situation

Excellent communication and facilitating skills, diplomat

Strong analytical mind with a proven ability to manage relationships as well as solid process skills

Fluent in English
