Store Project Manager

 

Your Mission

For our Panerai HQ, we are looking for a Panerai Store Project Manager - fixed term contract, who would like to join our dynamic SDP team and to be part of the Panerai world . 

Reporting to the Panerai Head of Store Design & Planning, the Store Project Manager is responsible for the management of whole design/development process of new openings and renovations at a Panerai global level; he/she works with the subsidiaries to ensure the building site management as well as the maintenance of the boutiques, shops in shop and corners.

 

How will you make an impact 

The Store Project Manager will support the Head of Store Design & Planning:

  • Follow all the design processes from the concept phase to the opening
  • Manage all the technical processes with a constant follow up with local architect and the department involved for a new opening
  • Give a proper support to subsidiaries and colleagues to control the budget and follow up on the final cost summary
  • Estimate and executive’s drawings checking to ensure a proper process on each project
  • Follow up on the existing point of sales to ensure a proper level of maintenance
  • Manage tendering processes with local markets
  • Create and update the technical book such millworks and lights
  • Research and manage the negotiation with new suppliers

 

How will you experience success 

  • Master’s in architecture or design Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail, project management and design
  • Knowledge of main software such: Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad 2d/3d, Microsoft Excel, Word e PowerPoint, 3D software
  • Focused on detail and high quality of result, capable of proposing creative and innovating solutions, in line with the DNA of Panerai
  • Result oriented and strong in project management and in collaborating with other creative teams (internal/external)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to travel worldwide
  • Knowledge of luxury industry is a plus

 

Interview process
1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you to conduct an introductory call 
2nd Stage – Interview with our HR department. 

3rd Stage – Interview with Head of Store Design & Planning
4th Stage - An additional interview/business case with peers may be necessary.
