Stock Analysis & Purchasing Planning Intern
Your Mission
For our Operations & VM team within the Commercial department of the Milan office we are looking for the ideal candidate to cover the role of Stock analysis and Purchasing Planning intern.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work in an international context, in contact with a dynamic creative team, and to learn purchase operations and planning of POS and promotional material, analyse stock and consumption to right size orders, follow logistics operations, analyse Group reports and contribute to follow and maintain Group guidelines and KPI’s.
How will you make an impact
The Stock Analysis & Purchasing Planning Intern will support the VM Project Manager in:
- POS material and promotional stock analysis (central and local) and action plans under the guidance of the team
- Forecast supply and demand, analisys of worldwide consumption to prevent overstocking, running out of stock and right size orders
- Exchanging and working with markets for feedback and guidance on stocks and orders
- Creating reports and .ppt
- Helping the team to strictly follow the retroplanning for production and logistics to ensure on time deliveries to final destinations in compliance with Plane Ban and address any delays
- Optimizing weight and packaging of the items to facilitate storage and logistics
- Placing orders into SAP
- Assisting the production of POS and promotional materials, Phase in/Phase out and product lifecycle
How will you experience success
- Starting Date January 7th
- Degree in Economics or Management or Management Engineering
- Able to activate a curricular Internship
- Very good English knowledge. French is a plus.
- Detailed knowledge with the Windows and Office environment (advanced excel)

Interview process
1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call
2nd Stage – Interview with VM Project Manager and our HR department.
3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
