For our Panerai HQ, we are looking for a Panerai Senior Marketing Operation Manager

 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, he/she is in charge of the Marketing Operations, collaborating closely with the Marketing team and the rest of the business and acting as the key referent of the Marketing Operations for designated Markets.

She/He has the responsibility of coordinating and following the implementation o f all marketing and communication strategy and actions and driving the performance measures: cross-functionnal project management, 360 activation plans, product launches, key campaigns, key events for the brand (Watches&Wonders etc), liaising with all internal stakeholders and the regions.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Marketing Operations

•            Contribute to the Brand annual strategic plan and budget elaboration and presentations to the Group.

 

•            Coordination between Panerai HQ & regions liaison through the 360 activation plan

−            Collaborating with marketing/communication teams to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects/tasks.

−            Ongoing communication with the regions and international to make sure that the strategy is common, shared and that the locale activation is agreed and well executed.

−            Building strong relationships across a global teams to ensure achievement of business objectives as well as look for opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

 

•            Lead and drive project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed

−            Coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives and cross-functional processes

−            Deliver strategic innovative 360 activation plans.

−            Monitoring the progress of the project activities on a regular basis in collaboration with the team members.

−            Planning and key milestones champion: Oversees daily operations to make sure that the key milestones are identified and respected.

 

•            Work with the Head of Marketing to design and implement marketing/com efficient processes with the subsidiaries.

 

•            Be involved and follow-up the contents creation with the Creative Department

 

Off-line Media

•            Development of the global and local off-line media briefs

•            Development of new off-line media capability, defining processes and guidelines

•            Management and negotiation of global and local buying of off-line, guaranteeing costs optimization through the support of the global and local media agencies

•            Collaboration with global and local brand marketing & business teams to align off-line media strategies

•            Lead and management of day-to-day interactions with Richemont Group and local subsidiaries

•            Act as a reference point for global media partnership, local subsidiaries and Group stakeholders for the off-line media related topics

 

A&P budget coordination

•            Hold and monitor the budget: Responsible of putting together the marketing budget guidelines and communicating with the regions.

•            Responsible of the budget follow up throughout the year.

•            Quarterly reporting and consolidation of A&P in collaboration with Finance team

 

PROFILE

 

  • Degree in BA and/or Marketing
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in a structured and multinational environment
  • Ability to accompany a branding strategy with vision being entrepreneurial with hands on approach towards business
  • Leadership skills:  ability to manage and convince people (HQ, region)
  • Strategic vision, ability to “zoom out and in” a situation
  • Excellent communication and facilitating skills, diplomat.
  • Strong analytical mind with a proven ability to manage relationships as well as solid process skills.
