Within the International Retail Team and in partnership with local retail entities, your main responsabilities include, but are not limited to :

 

  1. RETAIL PROJECTS

Provide operational support to the team on various Retail and New Retail tools and projects:

RETAIL

  • Maintain and update the boutique database (store list and boutique pictures) and ensure Panerai.com store locator is updated accordingly
  • Maintain and update the boutique staff mapping and managers database
  • Participate in building a boutique network presentation
  • Assist in the implementation and operational follow up of retail projects (uniforms, boutique marketing tools, mystery shopping…)

NEW RETAIL

  • Monthly reporting preparation (markets result extraction, share to markets and prepare the consolidated report)
  • Support on developing regular newsletters
  • Support new project development and implementation
  • Develop Retail Guidelines for Boutiques usage on various Retail related topics

 

  1. RETAIL AND EBUSINESS SALES PERFORMANCE

Assist the team in daily and monthly performance monitoring:

  • Perform analysis on sales performance and business trends
  • Participate to the elaboration of the E-Business performance report
  • Support to the Boutique Action Plan preparation and follow-up

 

  1. TRAINING PROJECTS

Assist the team on:

  • Support on developing content for various training tools
  • Share monthly result by boutiques to the markets
  • Handle boutique users accounts requests

 

  1. Participate to the preparation of strategic meetings (e.g. HQ & local Retail Seminars etc.) together with Retail team members

 

Knowledge and Professional skills

 

  • Be currently involved in an academic program or recently graduated
  • First experience in Retail, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced within MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Team player and self-motivated with a pro-active and curious attitude
  • Strong sense of customer servce
  • Fluent in English and French, Italian a plus
