THE OPPORTUNITY:

 

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join the Panerai Swiss team based in Meyrin on a temporary 6-month contract starting from January 2025.

This will be an operational role with a diverse range of duties supporting the development of Panerai in Switzerland. Responsible for local CRM and clientelling, driving the media plan and supporting on local events and activations, this role will suit someone who is agile, client-oriented, hands-on and analytic, who takes initiatives and is willing to contribute to the success of a luxury watch brand.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

CRM & CLIENTELLING

  • Deploy the local client strategy in line with brand priorities and commercial targets
  • Drive local campaigns and one-to-one activations to support boutiques in reaching their targets
  • Collect and analyze local customer data, enhance the quality of the local database
  • Build monthly reporting and track KPIs, using Google Analytics dashboards and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Train and update boutique teams on new features in the Clientelling App, support them with tools to acquire new clients and prospects
  • Work on local client gifting execution
  • Be the Swiss market contact for all CRM topics and issues

 

 

EVENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

  • Support on delivering the local event and activation planning for the whole distribution network
  • Support the boutiques’ activities by organizing and executing local clients’ events and activations i.e. objectives, concept, timing, budget, project management, in collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial teams, at local and HQ level
  • Produce events’ report and monitor results
  • Manage event budget, process and track related bills, liaise with the accounting team when needed

 

MEDIA PLAN & ROLL OUT

  • Deploy, in collaboration with Mediacom and HQ, the local media plan incl. OOH, DOOH, print and digital display campaigns to increase brand awareness and ensure share of voice
  • Work with HQ to drive local social media campaigns, review copies when needed
  • Monitor the results and share best practices

 

MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Share product and brand information internally and to the wholesale partners, support them on their marketing requests (e.g. Dealers’ kit, ecards, product news, etc.)
  • Upload any relevant brand content to local and collaborative folders, be responsible for visual assets
  • Optimize brand and product presence on wholesale partners’ websites and social media channels

 

PROFILE

 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing ideally in the luxury industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven organisational and project management skills, able to show track record
  • Curious, creative, analytical and client-centric mindset
  • Hands-on and result-driven
  • Demonstrates agility and a willingness to achieve high standards of performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Google Analytics and Salesforce Service Cloud

Fluent in French and English, German is a strong plus
