MISSION

Within the International Retail Team and in partnership with local retail entities, Retail Performance coordinator will report to the Retail performance and Operations Manager and support in leading the WW retail network performance and profitability. He/she will be in charge of monitoring and ensuring the reporting of all the retail business data, but also be the go-to person for supply chain and product topics, such as assortment, novelties allocations, and model stock.

In this role, Retail Performance Coordinator will work in partnership with local subsidiaries as well as other HQ departments.

 

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

 

Retail Performance analysis :

    • Ensure the collection and the reporting of all E-business data
    • Provide bi-weekly boutique sales performance report
    • Perform and report ad-hoc analysis on product and/or boutique sales performance: identify strengths and areas of improvement.

 

Retail Performance management :

    • Collect and prepare data for quarterly boutique action plan review
    • Support local Retail in the preparation
    • Ensure action plan implementation in boutiques and regular follow-up with markets

 

Product strategy & stock management:

    • Optimize product assortments, manage boutiques waiting lists and novelties allocations accordingly, manage watches transfers and handle boutiques tracked pieces requests.
    • Partner with Supply Chain Distribution Team on Retail quota process, product launches and novelties allocations, according to brand commercial strategy.
    • Responsible for adequate merchandising in Internal Boutiques and Ecommerce worldwide: perform quarterly updates of Retail model stock and suggest corrective actions if needed.
    • Lead Model Stock related projects development in partnership with Commercial and Supply teams.

 

Retail transversal projects

    • Participate to the preparation of strategic meetings (e.g. HQ & local Retail Seminars, Boutique Action Plan reviews etc.) together with Retail team members
    • Perform any additional duties as per Retail Performance & Operations Manager

 

PROFILE

  • Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Management/Economy requested
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxury Retail Performance/analysis, in an international environment
  • Result and action oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Highly collaborative, solution driven, agile and independent
  • Structured and detail focused person, able to perform well under time constraint
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, excel required, SAP a plus)
  • Fluent in English and French, Italian a plus
