<span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Reporting to the Global CRM Manager, the Candidate will support the local deployment of the Global CRM strategy in the EMEA and Americas regions. The responsibilities of this role include establishing a tight collaboration with the market referents in order to: enrich the global CRM program by developing, planning and supporting in the implementation of local CRM campaigns<span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">, help understand customer’s needs, improve CRM performance and drive commercial value on internal boutiques and dealers. <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Work closely with the markets’ CRM referents, central marketing & retail, Clients Relation Centers and Group functions to contribute to the engagement and loyalty of our customer base in EMEA and the Americas.



<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">CRM Tools and Database Management

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Become the driving force for database management and enrichment in the relevant regions, always working with local CRM referents to ensure data quality

  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Monitor client data capture, partner with local CRM referents and retail team to ensure data capture targets are met
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Ensure data quality by sharing data-cleaning and de-duplication process guidelines
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Update and prepare reports and charts (client segmentation, profiling, data capture…) for HQ and local team review
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Ensure high level of security for client data (process, rules, controls, training etc.) to ensure compliance with internal audit guideline
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Be a key user for all CRM tools and provide support to market referents in their use

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">CRM Framework Application and Localization

  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Support the Global CRM Manager and local markets with the rollout of our CRM framework and strategy in internal boutiques and e-commerce
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Suggest adaptations and actions to give a strong local imprint to the global CRM framework and make them happen
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Liaise with market referents for the ongoing execution and monitoring of CRM actions and result
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Support the extension and personalization of CRM activities to wholesale and external boutique partners, acting as a liaison also with the dedicated HQ referents


<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Support the Global CRM Manager

  • <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Acting as the contact point between the local markets, the creative team and our external agencies, manage <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">the process for the creation and dispatching of communications across channels (newsletters, SMS, clienteling, etc.)
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Work with the relevant HQ departments to develop and prepare training materials for any relevant CRM system or process
  • <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Diffuse the regional market expertise centrally as a customer advocate within the Panerai organization by bringing local-level customer knowledge to headquarter discussions and considerations.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, business or marketing
  • <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">2/3 years’ experience in CRM 
  • <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Hands on experience and proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools
  • <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Statistical and familiar with data-mining models and tools
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Positive attitude and team-player
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Entrepreneurial spirit
