CRM Project Manager
 

YOUR MISSION:

Reporting to the Global CRM Manager, our new colleague will support the global deployment of the CRM strategy. Responsibilities of this role include working closely with the Group on the ELEVATE program ensuring a smooth and coherent implementation and delivery of our activation plan.  The CRM Project Manager will own the activation from strategy to implementation with the goal of enriching our contact strategy and approach. As well as, establishing a tight collaboration with the markets in order to: enrich the global CRM program by developing, planning and supporting in the implementation of local CRM campaigns, help understand customer’s needs, improve CRM performance and drive commercial value for internal boutiques, online network and dealers.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Activation / Maintain Campaign management :

  • You will own the yearly calendar that has to be aligned with Product and Marketing as well as with markets based on local request and specificities,
  • You will work closely with the campaing Factory to ensure correct implementation and delivery of activation plan,
  • You will monitor and track campaign performance in Marketing cloud, including email KPIS and conversation rate,
  • You will leverage segmentation to perform tailored targeting activations,
  • You will work closely with markets, wholesales and external boutique team in order to ensure calendar alignment and delivery.
  • You will support the extension and personalization of CRM activities.

Journey / Automation management  :

  • You will develop a journey strategy with the aim of reaching the client through automated flows, channels and with the right message at the right time,
  • You will  define new opportunities within customer lifecycle to reactivate, engage and retain our clients and prospects,
  • You will review existing set of journeys to ensure consistency and relevancy.

Clienteling  :

  • You will develop user guides and book regular sessions to ensure all CRM local stakeholders are aware of the latest features and improvements available on the View,
  • You will monitor and track clienteling performance ensuring KPIs are met at market level and the tool is adopted as expected,
  • You will work closely with the Group on the View stream.

CRM Tools and Database management  :

  • You will be a key user for all CRM tools and provide support to market referents in their use, building guideline and use cases to support local application,
  • You will rollout of new channels within marketing cloud, exploring local application of outbound campaigns through the most relevant channels.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS

  • You possess an Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent combined to at least 3 years of proven previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, cosmetics industry, specialized in CRM or digital marketing.
  • You have a salesforce expertise and experience,
  • You have good proficiency of SQL and its variation among popular databases,
  • You have strong project management and time management skills,
  • Results-driven, self motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail, you feel at ease in changing and evolving contexts,
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to work with multiple stakeholders and teams,
  • Skilled in both written and spoken English, Italian and French are a plus.
