Would you like to join an ambitious and dynamic team?

We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis intern within our Finance department based in Meyrin for a period of 6 or 12 months (contracted internship) starting from September 1st, 2025.

 

Your mission

 

Your objective is to complement your academic background with a challenging professional experience in an international environment.

You will join the FP&A team of Panerai, a company of the Richemont Group.

You will provide support to the team during the entire planning process as well as in the monthly and quarterly closing analysis.

You will provide support on sustainability and compliance topics.

 

How will you make an impact ? 

 

  • Planning: participate in the budget preparation and the quarterly budget reviews in collaboration with the various HQ teams and the distribution subsidiaries (preparation of budgets by department/market, consolidation of data, integration into systems and summaries)
  • Reporting and Analysis: participate in monthly/quarterly closing analysis of P&L elements and produce reports/dashboards/presentations for top management and/or the Group
  • Process improvement: identify opportunities to streamline and improve the company's controlling business processes
  • Project Support: assist in the onboarding and implementation of key sustainability and compliance projects across various departments
  • Engagement & Promotion: actively promote employee engagement in sustainability initiatives by supporting the preparation, execution, and communication of volunteering and awareness programs

 

How will you experience success

 

  • Student in a business school, engineering school or university Master's degree, specializing in finance/auditing/controlling, looking for a 6 or 12 months internship
  • Good command of the Office package and excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be a plus
  • Good command of English 
  • Analytical skills, rigor and organizational skills
  • Curiosity, reactivity
  • Ability in working within a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
