MISSION

 

A passionate, dynamic Assistant Boutique Manager to join an exciting team in Panerai Boutique at The Dubai Mall. He will be reporting to the Panerai Boutique Manager and assisting her/him in the management of the boutique to insure profitability, brand recognition, team development, superior customer service and customer database building, while adhering to Panerai policies and procedures.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve monthly and yearly boutique turnover and KPI targets set by the brand
  • Assist the boutique manager in setting goal for the sales team and motivate them on a daily basis
  • Contribute to overall training and development of the sales team (Coaching)
  • Hold daily briefings to insure consistent communication and information level
  • Uphold company’s customer service standards
  • Responsible for developing the customer database
  • Develop external relationships to ensure maximal exposure
  • Contribute to boutique stock management, review stock level and communicate product needs 
  • Assist the boutique manager in the boutique administration (cash flow, shipments, repairs, security)
  • Provide a high level of follow up on repairs in coordination with Head office and Richemont Customer service Centre
  • Insure team understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Insure all visual directives are respected and executed (cleanness, merchandising, team grooming)
  • Represent the brand inside and outside the boutique
  • Achieve monthly and yearly personal turnover and KPI targets set by the boutique manager
  • Insure communication with platform management and headquarters in the absence of the boutique manager
  • Timely sales reporting.
  • Maximize profit whilst minimizing costs
  • Assist the boutique manager in the Periodic stock taking (weekly, monthly and year-end stocktaking)

 

PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury environment ideally in a sales function
  • At least 2 years of experience in managerial position in luxury retail environment
  • Very good general education and sense of etiquette
  • Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetic
  • High Level of hospitality
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
  • Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset, and proactivity is a must
  • Good interpersonal competences and empathic
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to develop a network
