Within our dynamic brand and in a supply chain department in full transformation, we are currently looking for :
Distribution Planner (fixed term)
YOUR MISSION:
As a Distribution Planner you will oversee the allocation of watches among PANERAI subsidiaries. Among the Distribution Team, the planner is a key contact for Markets and Commercial Team to inform about product availability.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Distribution Planning :
- You will run APO deployment twice a week to allocate watches following guidelines,
- You will manage novelties under quota and the monthly update of the planning as well as the communication to each market,
- You will update monthly Distribution files and share them with the Markets,
- You will analyse and reply to complex request from Markets or the Commercial Team,
- You will maintain and coordinate market stock policy together with Supply Planner.
Projects & continuous improvement :
- You will build Power BI reports and indicators to support & monitor your activity,
- You will prepare and take part in regular business reviews with subsidiaries,
- In collaboration with the Demand Planner, you will Implement collaborative sales forecasts with the Markets,
- You will coordinate the distribution of Staff Sale and Pre-collection watches,
- You will contribute to several logistics projects within the Supply Chain Group (ICON, Direct to POS…).
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS
- You possess an engineering degree (Master) or equivalent combined to at least 2 years of proven previous experience in Distribution or a similar position in Supply Chain,
- You have good knowledge of a planning tool (SAP APO)and a data visualization tool (Power BI),
- You are a Microsoft office expert, especially Excel, knowledge in programming in VBA, R or Python will be a plus,
- You have an analytical & synthetic mindset and can work autonomously,
- Results-driven, rigorous and proactive, you feel at ease in changing and evolving contexts,
- You have strong communication skills and are able to work with multiple stakeholders and teams,
- Fluent French, you demonstrate advanced command of English.
