The e-Boutique Sales Associate is the voice of PANERAI. You will build and maintain relationships with our clients, advising them via phone and web-based channels. You are responsible for upholding excellent levels of client support and developing sales.  
Aside from being the expert advisor for our clients, you will apply your commercial sense to identify sales opportunities, develop your client portfolio, maintain the interest and engagement of your clients at the highest level. As a specialist of the Maison, you will deliver expert knowledge on the products and Maison, whilst providing the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.  

•    Advising, selling & clienteling  
•    Drive sales through professional and courteous client interactions meeting the Maison targets  
•    Be a role model regarding the Maison selling ceremony  
•    Handle & solve issues related to clients  
•    Handle all inbound calls, e-mails & social media messages and greet all clients in a timely, professional, and engaging manner  
•    Actively develop outbound clienteling actions to enhance your client portfolio  
•    Process orders initiated by phone; this will involve a great deal of data entry in the CRC systems  
•    Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the Maison  
•    Display strong selling and negotiating skills; overcome objections and ask probing questions to close sales  
•    Follow-up client satisfaction barometer KPIs and answer to your clients following their questionnaire feedbacks  

Maison identity & expertise  
•    Know the Maison products, History and events calendar to convey storytelling to your clients  
•    Know the Maison e-Retail procedures (selling, customer services, return & exchanges, delivery)  
•    Be a referent for Watchmaking know-how  
•    Be proactive in building strong synergies and collaboration with the Boutique network to offer seamless experience to our clients  

If you are commercially minded and pride yourself in providing the best quality of service and support, we invite you to join us as our PANERAI e-Boutique Sales Associate. Your background in customer support and service, hospitality or retail, will provide a good basis to grow your customer management and sales skills. To be successful, you know your market, and have a strong command of Italian and German, with communication skills that are superb and represent the quality PANERAI personifies. As a good team player, you are flexible, positive, dedicated and a multitasking wizard.  


You must be able to demonstrate the following key capabilities:  
•    Excellent understanding of customer service  
•    Keen sales skills  
•    Computer literacy  
•    Keyboarding skills of at least 50wpm  
•    Written and verbal communication skills in ITALIAN & GERMAN
•    Be constructive in difficult situations  
•    Collaborate with others to enhance work processes, tools, and governance  
•    Be eager to learn new competencies, capabilities, and knowledge

After successfully joining us you will be included in our CRC Academy Program. This means that you will initially have 2-3 weeks of training on the brand history + product knowledge, procedures, and tools we use as a global organization. After you have complimented your knowledge with experience you will also be eligible for the on-site visit of the manufacture to get full insight into the production process and a visit to the market and boutiques you support.
