ABOUT THE ROLE

HOW YOU WILL LEAVE YOUR MARK AT MONTBLANC
This role will be responsible for the idea development, coordination and execution of brand marketing strategy within the country in order to maximize sales turnover, profitability, brand positioning and visibility across multiple channels.
Management of visual merchandising within the country, collaborating with retail in-store planning.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Alongside strategy development, this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing tasks and coordination of marketing activities.
- Plans, organizes and project manages selected marketing or retail marketing events and thereafter evaluates the results versus the targets and the brand objectives.
- Works closely in alignment with the retail team to produce ideas and develop CRM programs to target specific customer groups, recognizing opportunities in this area.
- Monitoring ongoing campaigns and budgeting.
- Oversea visual merchandising, including working with retail & wholesale team to coach in-store sales on execution of concept.
- Developing local events and campaign press releases, management speech presentation and emcee where necessary.
- Actively involved with social media activations, developing concept to deliver the Maison’s targeted message.
- Work closely with media and creative agency to ensure media content and tracking are executed per media plan
ABOUT YOU:
You will be an action oriented individual, possessing:
- Experience in marketing function or CRM, minimum of 2 years’ experience. Experience within luxury and accessories retail preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- High flexibility, independent working style, creative, hard worker.
- Strong coordination and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and motivate others
- Strong analysis skills and computer skills
