MAIN PURPOSE

 

  • Support Boutique Manager in developing and managing the team so that they can achieve sales targets through the delivery of high levels of customer service and engagement to each clientele with respect to the Maison’s spirit and heritage.
  • Ensure the implementation of operational procedures, staff training and welfare, customer service and merchandising are properly executed.
  • Assist in execution of in-store and marketing activities.
  • Represent as a Brand ambassador when representing the Brand at meetings, events, charity dinners and other work-related functions.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Sales
  • Guiding and Managing Boutique Team to develop strong sales turnover for the Store in accordance with the store strategy
  • Supervise staff to meet the turnover targets set by the Store Manager through their maximum efforts.
  • Supervise and manage staff’s usage of discount policy
  • Achieve key performance indicators defined by the Store Manager

 

  1. Staff Management
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in establishing and maintaining good staff relations in order to generate high level of morale.
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in training and developing staff effectively to their job role in order to meet the Maison’s standards and requirements.
  • Communicate Company & Brand policies and Mgmt instructions to staff in the most objective and effective manner.
  • Ensure adequate manpower and support to cover the shop floor operations at all times.

 

 

 

 

  1. Client Management
  • Be an alternative point of contact for any escalation of customer service matters
  • Welcome & handle the clients in the respect of Maison’s standards (In the Store, on the phone

             or by mail or during events), MSP

  • Advise, convince & ensure that each sales is handled accordingly
  • Ensure and determine the prospect and the follow-up with new clients (local and international)
  • Enrich the client database using the welcome cards for client and prospect
  • Invite Clients to activations and/or events, with post follow-up

 

  1. Customer Service (SAV)
  • Take care of each case according the Maison’s standards
  • Follow up on each case and communicate to the Store Manager each problem

 

  1. Product/ Merchandise/Inventory Management
  • Responsible for and ensure the proper and accurate management of stock reception & transfer
  • Take part on inventory management / stocktake
  • Check that all products are correctly handled & priced
  • Look after the level of stocks of the accessories (catalogues, gifts, boxes, etc.)

 

  1. Shop Maintenance
  • Maintain high standards of store housekeeping in the boutique
  • Assist the Boutique Manager for maintenance of fixtures, furniture, and furnishing within the boutique and inform Boutique Manager about any major maintenance work required.
  • Ensure that boutique is in adherence to work place safety, fire and health regulations as set out by the Company.

 

  1. Reporting
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in collating and preparation of various reports (Sales Turnover, Customer Analysis, etc)

 

  1. Other
  • Compliance: Respect of all procedures issued by the group in terms of sales, discount, SAV, exchange, etc.
  • Participate actively to Store meeting organized by the Store Manager (provide feed-back, propose new ideas / actions)
  • Participate to the training given and  consult all documents at disposal allowing a better understanding of the brand, products and new collections
  • Remain informed on the business through magazines and regular store checks of the competitors
  • Handle any other ad hoc activities
