HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

As the Head of Department for Supply Chain and Merchandising, you will be responsible for supply chain and merchandising planning for Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and other ASEAN export markets. You will lead and supervise the team to provide sales support to retail and wholesale on product availability and allocation to generate more sales. You will be our point of contact to the other Richemont Functions in logistics and customer service to ensure we receive our products are delivered and distributed timely. You may also need to collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of product launches and product viewing arranged with VIPs.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • With a strong client-centric mindset with in-depth understanding of luxury market as well as data insight analysis will allow the teams to effectively perform accurate forecasting, tracking and inventory management. A proven track record of at least 8-10 years of experience would be required. 

 

  • Together with exceptional communication and presentation skills, you will work hand in hand with the other Head of Department of SEA and Australia to motivate the teams to achieve our business objectives. 

 

  • Advance proficiency in MS excel, PowerPoint and SAP will enable you to quickly get hands-on and onboard with the role.
