ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a rare opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia, to learn and gain
first hand experience in 4 pivotal functions in the luxury business: Merchandising, Visual Merchandising,

MERCHANDISING
• Support the team in day-to-day activities such as preparing reports and analysing the data using
our various systems
• Support the team in the planning of each season from assortment to quantification of sales and
stock requirement
• Cross-functional collaboration, where you will take part in meetings with other functions as well
as with our colleagues in various markets
• Gather and consolidate feedback from boutique teams on new launches, core collections, carryover
collections, etc.
• Conduct competitor analysis on trends, best sellers, etc.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
• Support the creative team by bringing to life: Window Decoration and Instore decoration
concepts, Event/Activation concepts and new store openings
• Provide guidance around those concepts for all markets
MARKETING
• Support the Communications Manager, you will support the Marketing team in brand building
and business continuity initiatives
• Assist in the development of marketing activations and client experience 360 guidelines (toolkits)
• Conduct competitive analysis on retail marketing trends
• Coordinate the implementation of marketing activations with retail team and wholesale partners
• Identify and share marketing activations
• Maintain Montblanc’s marketing activations calendar
RETAIL
Retail Operations:
• Support Retail Operations Manager on Retail network projects
• Coordinate cross function projects to streamline the process, inform all key stakeholder status
and further follow-up actions
• Support, attend, and minute all retail and office meetings
• Support all retail activations, in store and external: event, pop-up, private sales
Administration/Other:
• Day to day admin to support Retail Department
• Assist Head of L&D on training materials and training trackers
• Ad hoc support to Retail Office function: training and logistics
• Cover for Boutique staff in emergencies, and during the holiday season
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
• A logical yet creative and open mindset with an appreciation and understanding of luxury and
attention to detail
• You possess an organized, yet agile and hands on way of working
• Excellent MS office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Bachelor’s degree or currently in your final year of course work in any of the following fields:
