Title:     Supply Chain Coordinator

Location:     Shanghai China

Reports to:  Customer service and supply chain supervisor


Main Purpose:


The supply chain coordinator is responsible for implementing all supply chain strategy to ensure all activities aligned with required policies and compliance standard ; is responsible for providing customer service training, SAP and Booster implementation ; is responsible for driving process improvements to optimize the operational level while also meeting corporate standards ; is responsible for products master data management


Duties and responsibilities:



  • Act as item data and system subject matter expert for assigned product categories; ensure data integrity through validation of information for consistency and accuracy.
  • Provides ongoing feedback and information to team members on sales results, competitive practices, and delivery issues with HQ and vendors, and other specific information which could impact the performance of the business.


Supply Chain:

  • Implement supply chain strategy and works with HH & suppliers and form strategic partnerships
  • Cooperate event Logistic with RCCL logistic and HH supply chain.
  • Regular communication with RCCL logistic and feedback insight from brand side
  • Importation & exportation: act as expert to work with relevant RCCL teams in import / export control and relevant regulations, monitor the business activities and perform risk analysis to ensure all activities align with the required policies, procedures and compliance standard.  
  • Chinese Labelling management
  • Product Destruction management
  • PLV Review and management
  • Ensures that product moves efficiently through the supply chain.
  • Partner with warehouse team to ensure the efficiency of stock movement progress as well as the proper condition of merchandise storage in warehouse.
  • Partner with marketing team on any assistance relating to logistic to support marketing event as well as merchandise sample review.


Customer Service:

  • Managing defective products and achieving KPIs of non-turning inventory targets
  • Provides customer service training to all channels particularly retail and wholesale. 
  • Provides system training , including LGSM , HRSM , SMO to retail and wholesale
  • Monitoring value added service : Engraving & Embossing
  • Spare Part management
  • Setting , tracking and analysing customer service metrics
  • Handling all cases and resolve escalated complaints or issues if required

  • Booster Implementation.
  • Business Efficiency Projects: Identifying, analyzing and implementing business improvement opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements to optimize the operational level while also meeting corporate standards
  • Maintain pricing in system
  • Establishes high efficiency project of defective items handling
  • Friends & Family sale coordination
  • Monitoring consignment programs
  • Managing product master data validation


Partner Relations:

  • Develops and maintains effective working partnership with retail, wholesale, ecommerce team and travel retail, while ensuring all channels execute customer service and supply Chain policy appropriately.
  • Work closely with RCCL logistic, supply chain, customers service and compliance team to provide best in support to operation and ensure timely service whilst controlling cost and quality.
  • Drives decision-making and problem solving on the customer complaints or any issues.
  • Ensures team results, relationships and processes are aligned with Richemont mission and values.
  • Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of all related work processes.

  • Degree holder in supply chain / customer service or related field
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain / customer service or related field
