MAIN PURPOSE

 

This position is based in Shanghai, reporting to Marketing Director with dotted line working relationship with regional/HQ digital & Social functions. Lead overall digital & Social planning, initiate pilot projects, and manage EC business. This position requires strong marketing sense specialized in digital field, open-minded, solid planning and strong operational excellence.

 

KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Have clear vision of digital/social, drive it to a new level in terms of quantity and quality; be bold to explore the pilot projects and build successful story by working closely with key eco-system partners, based on business objective, consumer insight & landscape.
  • Lead team to initiate digital & Social focused campaigns with measuring efficiency consistently with industry benchmark.
  • Proactively work with cross team (Marcom, PPR mainly), integrate resources and turn implication into actions.
  • Lead Social manager for daily social planning and operation, steer and lead the team to run project based digital & social campaigns for hero model launch, integrate with other teams’ inputs and formulate 360 integrated marketing campaigns, to create impact, and enhance traffic to e-commerce.
  • Lead e-commerce planning, run activities to reach sales target. And Keep exploring opportunities to co-op with key eco-system partners.
  • Lead a team including digital, social & e-commerce. Coach the team to drive operation excellence and develop individual for career plan.
  • Monitor budget on regular basis, to reach precision and efficiency.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
  • 10 years above working experience in digital communication, inhouse background
  • Open minded, agile, love to explore and self-challenger, strong communication skill
  • Strategic thinking with customer centric
  • Good project management skill
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English is a must
  • With EC background is a plus
  • From Car, Sports or FMCG industry
