JOB DESCRIPTION:

Title :    (Senior) Wholesale Manager
Location :    Shanghai China
Reports to :    Wholesale Director

Duties and responsibilities:

•    Responsible for the sales performance (order-taking, sell-in and sell out) in WHS network to achieve wholesale objectives
•    Responsible to work with dealers to plan, negotiate and execute new opening/relocation of POS
•    Maintain excellent working relationship with dealers and their staff
•    Ensure excellence on sales, operation, customer services and after-sales services in POS
•    Ensure comprehensive brand and product training at distribution network
•    Optimize brand visibility at POS and negotiate extra visibility where possible
•    Define and execute co-marketing activities
•    Provide monthly sales analysis and action plan (By account, POS on sell-in, sell-out, stock, product mix)
•    Assist in preparation of monthly sales forecast and yearly budget 
•    Follow-up accounts receivable on monthly basis and ensure timely collection.
•    Analyse market developments and cooperate with Wholesale Director to update corporate wholesale strategy and planning.
•    Prepare necessary materials for monthly sales meeting with Management.

 

Job Requirements:

Hard
•        University Degree
•        Minimum 5 years working experience in retail or wholesale for durable/luxury goods
•        Excellent English and Mandarin skills
•        Good level of using excel and power-point
•        Must be willing to travel extensively
