OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

 

This role is crucial in maintaining a culture of retail excellence and driving sales performance by analyzing key KPls, empowering employees with in-depth product knowledge, refining selling techniques, and elevating the client experience.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Plan and execute regular and ad-hoc training sessions and support onsite facilitation.
  • Lead field- based coaching focused on driving key retail KPIs such as UPT, ABV, AUP, and ensure an exceptional client experience that aligns with Montblanc retail signature.
  • Achieve retail excellence plan to achieve target sales for each boutique.
  • Organize and translate global and local training content for effective in- store application.
  • Enhance SAs’ understanding of focus products and support selling through the creation of various product focused contents.
  • Manage the e-learning tool and KPI tracking for digital training.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Min. 5+ years of work experience preferably in retail training (Luxury or FMCG).
  • Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and retail excellence principles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Proven Experience for conducting field coaching on retail excellence and products and service.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tool (e-leaning system/ virtual training).
  • Preferred to have knowledge and training experience for Timepiece or Leather goods.
  • Fluent in English.
