KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Retail operation excellence and management

 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, communication, and operations and HQ retail team, to maintain and elevate operational excellence.
  • Maintain and drive all BTQ operations including POSM management, BOH management, Security, ICS with strong collaborations with all related business stakeholders.
  • Review operational processes and provide guidelines to all boutiques : inquiry follow-up, Company procedure (i.e.Discount) monitoring / Monthly BTQ operation, Expense, Payroll, operation guideline, Uniform forecast and operation, Retail (BTQ POSM), Security, ICS and etc., in line with RIC compliance and audit with clear communication with BTQs and all related department.
  • Manage current retail operations including traffic counting system, opening & closure, renovation, opening and closing, pop-up, and etc., as a key liaison for collaboration with HQ team for new projects.
  • Maintain and suggest promptly for data tracking with IT system (SAP & GEMINI) as key person in charge of all related operational systems.
  • Plan and implement various operation training session for BTQs and new staffs.
  • Retail tool implementation with global direction.
  • Manage all guidelines and rules of working hours, day off, shift working hours.
  • Plan annual budget, manage all expense for store operation with regular monitoring.

 

 

 

Job requirements

 

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience within luxury retail industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Detail oriented management with retail excellence and operation excellence in whole FOH & BOH management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills in internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and Korean
