J O B D E S C R I P T I O N

Job tite: Country Sales Trainer.

Reporting to: Retail Director.

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Main Purpose

The Sales Trainer is responsible for the implementation of the training plan all year round according to training calendar and directive from HQ and Regional Office.

Key Responsibilities

Regular training for the Maison employees (Boutiques, Wholesalers, Office staff).
Product, Selling Techniques & Coacing TRainings in classroom, shopfloor, and virtually.
Responsible for teams self-learning through management of Learning App MeApp!
Support in maintenance of MeApp!- translations, onnoarding and off-boarding.
Induction and Maison history Training for newcomers to the boutiques and office.
Subject of the training: Product knowlwdge, Sales techniques, Displays and Presentations, CRM, Coaching, Ambassadors, and Digital.
Setting the training plan and follow up the objectives.
Budget managemnet of the training activities annually.

Geographical area under responsibility- KSA (full ownership) and GCC countries (Support).
