JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive




REPORTING TO: Managing Director KSA





The KSA Marketing Executive is responsible for defining, implementing, and following up with the marketing & communications strategy for the brand in the KSA.

With the aim of increasing brand visibility & awareness, in line with the international corporate guidelines and within the defined budget and capturing market share and maximizing sales potential.



KSA Network of internal & external points of sale and partners.



Based in local KSA headquarters, reporting to the Managing Director of KSA, with functional reporting to Regional Marketing Manager on strong projects, travel expected across the Kingdom and to Dubai.

  1. Maximize ROI supporting the sales performance of the retail & wholesale network through the implementation of a local marketing strategy.
  2. Ensure brand visibility and brand relevance is optimized throughout the retail and wholesale network of the region in order to achieve the sales targets, while maintaining a strong brand image.




•    Ensuring marketing plans are implemented for all accounts (Internal & External).
•    Execution of a layered and combined calendar of activities for the Saudi local market.

•    Support of all launch events & activities across the key cities: Jeddah, Riyadh and Khobar, not limited to.
•    Accompany the Retail-CRM team for all accounts to ensure clear communication and cleaning of the actual data base and message are       always on brand for each activation throughout the yearly calendar. 



Strategy & Planning 

•    Creation of marketing plans for all accounts (Internal & External).  Including activities focused on:
o    Product Launches.
o    Local relevancy (Ramadan, Father’s and Mother’s Day, National and Independence days) and not limited to.
o    Events/Exhibition/Branding.
o    CRM coordination with regional office of Dubai to maintain spread of relevant messages for our key local and global moments of our Maison.
•    Regularly communicate all marketing activities and product information to each key stakeholders and accounts (Internal and external) across the Saudi Arabia.
•    Ensure all marketing activities undertaken by internal and external accounts are actioned in accordance with international guidelines and in respect of the new vision of our Maison.
•    Liaise and coordinate with Regional HQ departments to ensure alignment with international guidelines.



Marketing Tools/Material: 

•    Ensure local Marketing team inclusive of VM and Key Accounts (Internal and External) have up to date MKT Tools, Decks and guidelines, to implement it locally.
•    Development and implementation of locally required marketing tools to support sales network both internal and external.



Events & Exhibitions 

•    Create pitches, case study and reports for our organisation locally when necessary or implement and adapt the regional approach to the local market.
•    Ensure execution of all events and exhibitions across the local network, such as trade fairs, launch activities, boutique activations, exhibitions are in harmony and relevant to our local key messaging.
•    Ensure that all events and exhibitions are aligned with international standards and coordination with Regional HQ on requirements for implementation of the activities.
•    Support Logistics and suppliers for all elements required for the implement of events and exhibitions for events and exhibitions across the market.
•    Supporting PR and Media activities linked to wholesale points of sales such as photo shoots, local opportunities with FOB, Influence and seeding push in coordination with the regional HQ.



Budget & Reporting: 

•    Support the senior management with the development of marketing budgets split for the local market as well as harmonized with Key Stakeholders of regional team (S&D and VM Actor): Monthly and Bi-Weekly reports and liaising with HQ Regional Marketing Manager.
•    Responsible for keeping local budget up to date and accurate, so they can be used as a reference point for wholesale, retail and management throughout the year.
•    Support development of local activations and ensuring it’s accurately updated throughout and at the conclusion of the project.
•    Ensuring all reports on activities are shared with key stakeholders and the regional HQ.
•    Ensuring end of campaign or activity reports are produced post each activity, detailing ROI, key learnings etc. and that these reports are shared with key stakeholders associated to the projects.



Required experience: 

•    Experience in similar marketing roles, ideally in retail or hospitality environment too.
•    Demonstration of Project management skills is essential.



Technical skills / abilities: 

•    Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Ability to travel regularly.
•    Ability to work independently but as part of a regional team.



Language skills 

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic (French is a plus)
