The Retail Development Manager  is responsible for leading the performance, profitability, optimization and development of the boutique network in line with the Brand’s and the market’s global strategy.

He/she is the warrant of the achievement of the business targets by ensuring an exceptional client experience and operational excellence.

As a strong leader, he/she acts as a Grand Ambassador of the Brand and seeks any opportunity of new Client acquisition and business development. Also targeted to support of talent development for individual careers and collective team performance.





  1. Network Performance Management
  • Sales strategy and sales development
  • Ensures that retail sales targets are achieved
  • In line with the Brand’s and the market’s global strategy, he/she participates to the network  strategy (boutique openings, closings, renovations)
  • Monitors his/her network’s P&L
  • To sustain business growth, sets boutique sales targets and other KPIs
  • Analyzes his/her market’s KPIs and identify priority actions to achieve targets and business growth
  • Approves the priority actions and their feasibility of each boutique’s Commercial Action Plan
  • Ensures the monitoring and follow up of the boutiques’ Commercial Action Plans


  1. Boutique Operations Excellence
  • Guarantees the highest standards of boutique operations (Client Service, Boutique Maintenance, etc.) to achieve the business targets and satisfy the clients’ expectations in internal and external boutiques
  • Is responsible for the correct implementation of the Central policies and procedures, its’ adaptation to local laws and correct usage in all boutiques
  • When required, approves specific requests related to policies and procedures (discounts, consignments, gifts, CS, etc.)
  • Ensures that the Brand’s standards in terms of client experience (NPS and Mystery Shopping results) are respected and known throughout the network






  1. Team Development
  • Anticipates, participates and ensures the recruitment of the best profiles for the network
  • Constantly shares the vision, strategy and values of the Brand and engages and motivates all teams around them
  • Evaluates the individual performance and gives regular and appropriate feedback
  • Identify potentials, development needs and next steps
  • Actively participates to the succession planning of his/her teams
  • Review, implementation and further support of motivation/incentives with detailed review of each team member
  • Regularly coaches and supports the Boutique Managers to improve their performance and their team
  • Acts as a relay of international governance and contributes actively to the world class retail skills model of the Brand
  • Participates when relevant to international projects or meetings in the context of retail


  1. Clienteling & Business Development
  • Represents and acts as an Ambassador of the Brand and the market during inter-national and local events and with VIP clients
  • Development of boutique CRM capabilities and implementation of client portfolio management at boutique level
  • Drive by all means the development of Customers Data Base (assure constant growth, incl. VIPs)






  • High Degree
  • 10 years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years in direct Retail (Boutique Manager as a must) + at least 4 years in Retail management (depending of the industry and Brand)
  • English fluent, native Russian
