We recruit:

A brilliant Supply Chain Manager who oversees supply chain operations (including Order management, logistics, Merchandising Retail, Forecasting) for Montblanc Italia in collaboration with Richemont Group shared services (logistics, Finance, Customer Service) in order to guarantee an excellent level of satisfaction both to internal and external customers.


Key Responsibilities:


To coordinate all supply chain activities related to retail and wholesale channels. In details:


  • To manage the local supply chain team, working closely with HQ logistic and supply chain and being directly involved in all related activities;
  • To manage logistics actions relating to stock by ensuring an accurate timing and accounting and dealing with all the internal stakeholders;
  • To coordinate the stock;
  • To supervise purchase orders of Group’s POS material;
  • To work closely with Customer service department in the damaged products substitution process by managing the order process with the headquarters.
  • To manage and control local country stock second choice + first choice for customers consignment  in coordination with Group shared services;




  • 5 years experience minimum
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and social skills
  • Hand-on approach
