We are looking for a Chinese Client Advisor with a strong affinity to the luxury sector in our Montblanc boutique in Milan.

MAIN TASKS:

Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process
Develop sales initiatives incl. high price item sales activities
Greet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts
Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock
Stock shelves with merchandise

PROFILE:

Chinese mother-tongue; Fluent in Italian and English
Well connected to the tour guides and Chinese community
Previous experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales function will be considered a plus
Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Result and action oriented with strong selling skills
Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mindset
Strong attention to details with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
