Design and conceptualizing:

  • In coordination with Headquarters:
    • Provide design and drawing to sales team for personalization projects
    • Provide design proposals for updating the image of Boutiques and Espaces.
    • Provide conceptualization guidelines with non- personalization projects

Installation and Auditing:

  • Supervise installation of each project in coordination with fixture supplier and POS owner.
  • Audit store design in markets to ensure proper Brand visibility
  • Scouts for improvement opportunities.

Implementing Visibility Guidelines – Caribbean market:

  • Conduct market visits in coordination with sales need to ensure visibility of POS
  • Implement tailor-made visibility guidelines by POS and module to ensure proper brand image and compliment assortment
  • Maintain visual elements in all POS  (PLV, merchandising, decos)
  • Work with sales team to ensure the right assortments are in place with the right visibility
  • Conduct visibility training to staff and local visual merchandisers
  • Scout market for visibility improvements and marketing opportunities
  • Study competing brands to be able to improve visibility and marketing activities
  • Change / manage all visuals within network
  • Assist Marketing Director with local events
  • Work with sales team to make sure all product launches go out with proper PLV and merchandise

Budget & Purchasing:

  • Purchasing and planning of all PLV materials and decorations (including trade catalogs and GWPs)
  • Budgeting capex
  • Monitor annual expenses for local productions and developments to keep in line with communication budget.

Reporting & Upkeep of Information:

  • Provide quarterly visibility reports
  • Upkeep of POS picture database
  • Upkeep of visual database (all in-store & out of store visuals)
  • Trip reports after every trip to be sent to the entire team



  • Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to prioritize and plan work activities; ability to multi-task.

  • Availability to work extended hours and travel
  • Pro-active and dynamic



  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising and/or architectural specialization is preferred
  • 2-5 years experience in the field of Visual Merchandising and/or interior design
  • Overall high level of computer literacy (AutoCAD, Excel compulsory).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, French and Portuguese would be a plus.
