About The Role

We have a rare opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in our busy Collins Street boutique, in the role of Boutique Supervisor. At Montblanc, no day is ever the same and working within an intimate and dynamic team, you are always encouraged to #leaveyourmark. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is still establishing themselves in their management journey and wanting to work with a strong leadership team to help you develop your skills.

How You Will Leave Your Mark At Montblanc

In this role, you will be responsible for boutique sales performance, operations and recruiting and nurturing a high performance team.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Shop Maintainence
