How will the role excite you…

  • You will develop and implement omni-channel strategy with local markets
  • You will drive digital sales performance via partner Global-e through maximising traffic, conversions and ROI via activations, merchandising and promotions
  • You will manage the YNAP Global sales performance via exclusives, marketing and operations optimisation. You will also coordinate with local Digital teams to build e-commerce business
  • You will identify and open strategic key accounts. This will translate into building and managing the international network of Montblanc’s authorized trade partners

 

What would success look like…
You will possess a deep understanding of business cases, legal and commercial frameworks for 3rd party e-commerce
You will be data-driven, as a and strong analytical mindset is a must to succeed in this role
You will be net-savvy, familiar with web & e-commerce technologies, content management systems, product databases, online marketing
You will be self-motivated, proactive, able to work effectively in an autonomous environment
You will possess strong project management skills, capability to manage several initiatives in parallel
You will be a strong communicator in an international environment; fluent in English (German is a plus)
You will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, problem solving hands-on mentality, and a pro-active attitude
