(12month FTC – Mat Cover)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting to the E-Commerce Director and working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, HQ and markets stakeholders, the Global Third Party E-Commerce Manager, based in London, will be responsible for driving 3rd party business performance for Montblanc globally via internal and external partners.
Montblanc E-Commerce for ROW:
- Drive digital sales performance via partner Global-e through maximising traffic, conversions and ROI via activations, merchandising and promotions
- Close collaboration with Global-E, internal and external stakeholders to maximise stock coverage, daily operations and achieve sales objectives
- Manage logistics and stock levels for optimum operations
- Report and present regular updates to key stakeholders
- Develop and implement omni-channel strategy with local markets
Internal Partners:
- Manage the YNAP Global sales performance via exclusives, marketing and operations optimisation (logistics, supply…) for Yoox, Mr Porter, The Outnet and Net-a-porter
- Coordinate with local Digital teams to build e-commerce business
- Report and present regular updates to key stakeholders
External Partners & E-Retailers:
- In charge of building and managing the international network of Montblanc’s authorized trade partners (department stores, jewellers, traditional trade, travel retail
- Identify and open selected strategic key accounts including digital pure players, in close collaborations with Montblanc local markets
- Ensuring compliance with group legal and commercial framework for online sales
- Manage website approval and sign-off by HQ senior management.
- Ensure significant sales revenue, with focus on the growth of 20 global key accounts
- Build strategy to on-board external boutiques
- Identify obsolete partners to close
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Deep understanding of business cases, legal and commercial frameworks for 3rd party e-commerce
- Data-driven and strong analytical mindset is a must
- Net-savvy, familiar with web & e-commerce technologies, content management systems, product databases, online marketing
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to work effectively in an autonomous environment
- Project management skills, capability to manage several initiatives in parallel
- Strong communicator in an international environment; fluent in English, German is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mentality & problem solver in a pro-active attitude
- Ability to present to / negotiate with retailers and agencies on senior management level
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Knowledge of intercultural differences
- Willingness to travel
