KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales/Budget Planning

Regional Sales & Budget construction and follow up across all channels.

Supply Chain Planning

Manage and coach supply chain planning team
End-To-End inventory planning strategy from Regional DC to POS in all channels in the markets in scope
Local S&OP to ensure alignment between demand and sales/budget planning
Product allocation strategies during shortage following business priorities
Stores replenishment process to maximize sales while monitoring inventory
End-to-end order & supply flow for all product categories
Product rebalancing process
Collaboration with merchandising team on assortments strategy deployment
All inventory management, during all life cycle, including end of life

Supply Chain Execution

Manage and coach Supply Chain Execution team
Purchase orders process
Quality management process
Special categories, stock and sales orders management

Data Analysis & Project Management

Manage and coach Systems and Data Analytics team
Cross-functional reporting/KPIs
Lead all on-going and future projects related to Supply Chain & operations

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
At least 15 years relevant experience in Supply Chain, retail luxury a plus
At least 7 years in management role
Expertise in supply chain planning and supply chain concepts
Strong problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills
Self-driven with vision to define and implement supply chain strategies
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (PowerPivot, Power BI, Looker a plus)
Good command of both written and spoken English
