Reports directly to Regional Operations Director, the Assistant Demand Planning Manager is responsible for:
Supply Chain Planning
- Define, implement and monitor inventory planning strategy both in Distribution Center and Stores in the markets in scope
- Manage product allocation during shortage periods
- Manage the end-to-end order & supply flow for Limited Edition products
- Manage the stores replenishment process to maximise sales
- Work with merchandising to ensure assortments strategy deployment
- Monitor consignment and special statuses inventory
- End Of Life Management including boutique and HQ return handling
Orders Administration
- Follow up and/or create all required Purchase Orders to HQ
- Handle quality/shipping claims management process
- Execute product write-off and consignments
- Follow up on specific sales orders (straps, POSM delivery, VM, etc.)
- Update model stocks in SAP
- Process stock allocation transfers between virtual storage locations
Data Analysis
- Run regular reports (Incoming deliveries, Inventory evolution, etc.)
- Support the team with ad hoc reporting
Support internal and external sales events
- Handle Staff Purchase requests from order to delivery
- Execute special sales online and offline
- Support the Marketing and Sales team during events (e.g. stock handling)
- Handling of product samples (Marketing and High Value)
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
- At least 5 years relevant experience in retail industry
- Knowledge in supply chain planning and supply chain concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Independent and proactive
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Looker, Power BI is a plus)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and orders processing
- Exposure in SAP system is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
