Reports directly to Regional Operations Director, the Assistant Demand Planning Manager is responsible for:

 

Supply Chain Planning

  • Define, implement and monitor inventory planning strategy both in Distribution Center and Stores in the markets in scope
  • Manage product allocation during shortage periods
  • Manage the end-to-end order & supply flow for Limited Edition products
  • Manage the stores replenishment process to maximise sales
  • Work with merchandising to ensure assortments strategy deployment
  • Monitor consignment and special statuses inventory
  • End Of Life Management including boutique and HQ return handling

 

Orders Administration

  • Follow up and/or create all required Purchase Orders to HQ
  • Handle quality/shipping claims management process
  • Execute product write-off and consignments
  • Follow up on specific sales orders (straps, POSM delivery, VM, etc.)
  • Update model stocks in SAP
  • Process stock allocation transfers between virtual storage locations

 

Data Analysis

  • Run regular reports (Incoming deliveries, Inventory evolution, etc.)
  • Support the team with ad hoc reporting

 

Support internal and external sales events

  • Handle Staff Purchase requests from order to delivery
  • Execute special sales online and offline
  • Support the Marketing and Sales team during events (e.g. stock handling)
  • Handling of product samples (Marketing and High Value)

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in retail industry
  • Knowledge in supply chain planning and supply chain concepts
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Independent and proactive
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Looker, Power BI is a plus)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and orders processing
  • Exposure in SAP system is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
