We´re currently looking for a “Visual Merchandising Manager (m/f/d)” in the Brand Experience team from 1st October 2024 for a fixed period of 12 months.

How you will leave your mark:
The VM team is part of the Brand Experience department, which is in charge of constantly adapting the Montblanc customer journey by enhancing and guiding our products presentation in the retail environment. From the design concept to the training and implementation. The department is also in charge of creating concepts for exhibitions and pop-up stores worldwide. To cover the customer journey from A to Z the team is also in charge of the plastic free packaging design its selling ceremony on top of an optimized Give Aways program. Thinking about our planet while developing any project has become a driver for the team.
VM role main responsibilities:
- Creation of VM product guidelines
- Coordinating VM shootings
- Steering Trainings with markets
- Steering graphic agencies for specific topics
- Steering the VM tool platform
- Direct contact with markets
How you will experience success with us:
- Visual Merchandising school with a strong experience on the field (min. 5 years)
- Retail and customer journey mindset
- Leather expert with an experience in Fashion Luxury Maison
- Team player, good communication skills, active listener, flexible
- Graphic design skills mandatory
- Organization skills, analytic and knows how to manage time
- English mandatory
- Powerpoint, Excel, Word, PDF and Suite Adobe (photoshop mainly)
