As Product Manager (m/w/d), you support our team in the department Category Management Writing Instruments in the daily business and in all ongoing projects.


Main Tasks:


  • Management of projects which are all about one or more lines of writing instruments and  accessories: ink & refills, fine stationery and desk accessories
  • Internal communication and coordination with other key departments: Production, Supply Chain Purchasing, Sales and Quality Management
  • Managing relationships with external partners (suppliers, marketing and communication agencies)
  • Preparation of key strategic presentations for the management and for the markets
  • Preparation of Sales and competitor analysis as well as warehouse analysis (work with SAP and Business Warehouse)




  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience, preferably in product development
  • You now the Office products very well and ideally know how to apply SAP/Business Warehouse.
  • Education: Business Administration with specializations in marketing or product management.
  • Strong team spirit, communicative and dedicated
  • Commercial understanding & commitment to driving businesses forward
  • Ability to cope with large amounts of data
  • Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
  • International experience
