For our Collaboration Team, we are looking for a Manager Digital Collaboration (m/f/d), full time.

“In this role, you will be in close collaboration with all business areas and bring value and transparency to the teams through  digitalization and process improvements”  Jenny, Head of Portfolio Mgt. & Collaboration 

How you will leave your mark:

• You are responsible for the running our SharePoint on premises, finalizing the migration to SharePoint Online and developing forms and workflows.
• You will be a strong player in the implementation of the Montblanc digital collaboration strategy, in close alignment with technology and business teams.
• You will run projects and campaigns to develop the use of digital collaboration tools and strengthen the knowledge of the tools by trainings and coaching.
• You will distribute the group knowledge management principles and engage in projects to grow the Montblanc Knowledge Base in our internal tools.
• You will consult teams and implement digital processes to reduce manual and paper work, to bring transparency and accountability to the processes.

How you will experience success with us:

• You have a degree in computer science, digital business management or comparable education. 
• You have experience in business process analysis and optimization, as well as a track record of delivering digitalization and collaboration projects
• You are curious and open minded, you find success in helping others to be successful.
• You are fluent in English and German, capable of engaging in complex business discussions in both languages.
• You have a technical background, mastering basic workflow development and database management.
