Manager Client Performance (m/f/d)
A full-time position starting as soon as possible

 

As a Manager Client Performance, your primary focus will be to own and provide Client Analytics & Insights to the whole organization and support the global strategy to become more client-centric.’   Giuseppe – Assoc. Dir. Glob. CRM, Cl. Serv. & Ins.

  • in designing and maintain client dashboards to monitor client-related KPIs
  • in responding to ad hoc client analytics requests from HQ or local teams 
  • in preparing reports for executive leadership to support client-centric and data-driven decision processes 
  • in educating and evangelize key stakeholders across the organization on the analytic tool's adoption and KPI definitions 
  • in working on analytic projects (e.g. lead scoring with predictive models, attribution)
  • in proactively find new data points and spot opportunities to engage in new analysis to feed into our client centric transformation strategy
  • in supporting the team to troubleshoot database issues (create & follow-up on IT tickets, constantly work towards improving the sanity & quality of our client database)
  • in creating appropriate documentation to allow internal and external stakeholders to replicate or take on additional work 
  • in coordination with all internal stakeholders such as Retail, Digital, Marketing, IT & BI, Regions & Markets

 

You’ll have

 

  • a degree in an analytical field or business with an analytical component 
  • 4+ years of experience as a client insights manager or client data analyst, preferably in an agency or consulting environment 
  • as a plus Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform and Looker experience
  • as a plus SQL scripting experience
  • Presentation skills - you know how to put you findings into comprehensive presentations and communicate your findings across all hierarchies
  • Proficiency in English
