For our international PR team we look for a dynamic, motivated person with passion for our high quality luxury goods.
•    Support & assistance for our International PR team at all levels. Right from the beginning you will be a full-time member of our dynamic team
•    You will be responsible for projects and will conduct these projects autonomously. You will support the team with daily tasks, namely in the area of Press materials, Events and Social Influencers



•    Coordinating requests for more than 20 markets
•    Liaise with suppliers to plan transportation and hotel accommodation
•    Supporting the team with logistic tasks regarding event organization (product orders, consignments etc.)

•    Support with editing clipping reports after the events for the CEO of Montblanc in order to generate Montblanc's media exposure
•    Creating competitor's reports from the internal media reporting tool and from external sources
•    Support markets with daily requests 
•    Consolidating toolbox materials from different teams and briefing press kits
•    Support with the organization of PR photo shoots
•    Support with the arrangement of Press visits and manufacture tours for journalists and bloggers at Montblanc HQ in Hamburg
•    Support with the digital transition of Montblanc communication by assisting the PR Online manager and the markets to implement digital media campaigns


•    You are an engaged, lively and multi-interested student preferably of Business Administration or Marketing & Communication and are at the end of your Bachelor studies or between your Bachelor graduation and Master studies
•    You have gathered sufficient experience from previous internships. You are fluent in English (a second language would be a plus)
•    You have excellent skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Power Point and Excel in particular)
•    You are a team minded, open dedicated person who is problem-solving oriented, determined and independent, proactive and accurate method of operation. 

•    Flexible working hours: At Montblanc we work 35 hours per week - you can work between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.

The internship starts ideally on August 1st 2019 and lasts for 6 months.
