Internship Global Ecommerce Experience & Content (m/f/d)

From May 2025 for 6 months at our Headquarters in Hamburg

Indulge your passion

 

  • in the support in global content roll-out and QA for all regional websites worldwide
  • in helping to coordinate content management with external partners as well as internal stakeholders from marketing and product categories. Develop creative  ideas and solutions for site content, functionality and enhancements
  • in the support in global content planning and project briefing to internal and external partners
  • in the support the content and UX teams in cross-functional projects to elevate the experience in our websites worldwide.
  • in analyzing website performance and critically assess improvements
  • in building and maintaining a library of learnings and hypothesis derived from current and previous performance analysis
  • in supporting project management and tasks within our global platform migration project
  • in maintaining and sourcing assets for navigation entries & personalization overlays
  • in teaming up with colleagues world-wide to support with local content initiatives
  • in developing competitive benchmark analysis for state-of-the art online experiences, including research work on industry trends and digital solutions

 

You’ll have

 

  • ongoing or completed studies in Economics, Marketing, Management or you have a comparable qualification; previous internships or working student experience are required
  • passion and expertise for ecommerce and digital marketing as well as hands-on mentality and proactive thinking
  • curious solution-seeking with excellent skills in all Microsoft office applications
  • good skills in Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Jira and Confluence
  • interest for project management and cross functional coordination
  • a team player mentality that thrives in an environment with a high variation of tasks
  • fluent English skills, other language skills are a plus
