As a Product Experience Engineer you are responsible for delivering great software products to our clients and users for our digital products, like smartwatches & headphones, as well as for our consumer facing software platforms. Therefore you will be exposed to a variety of different tasks in the information as well as in the new technology department, responsible for driving innovations to the market. As the last line before releasing our software products, you play an important role for the company.

 

 

How you will leave your mark:

 

  • Interoperability testing of the mobile applications with our wearables devices which include headphones, digital writing pad and smartwatches.
  • Identification, isolation and tracking of defects and bugs in the software and user experience.
  • Timely communication across the globe with our team and partners.
  • Setup & management of the end user test programs for our products, to generate feedback from a real world scenario
  • Support of the after sales team when it comes to software defects
  • Creation & communication of troubleshooting guidelines for our global organization
  • Perform software risk analysis for our product portfolio
  • Establish documentation, tools & processes for a streamlined and innovative quality assurance program
  • Implementing end-to-end software tests using an automated software testing framework (e.g. Ranorex Studio or similar)
  • Close cooperation with the software development team and constant adjustments of the automated test to the current code status
  • Working with agile project methodologies (SCRUM & Kanban) using the tools Jira and Confluence

 

How you will experience success with us:

 

  • A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar is preferred, but we value also your experience and eagerness to learn
  • Professional with more than 2 year experience in a similar product or quality focused role
  • Detail oriented, be our Sherlock Holmes for software
  • Strong communication, creative problem-solving, reasoning and logic skills required
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • Passion and strong commitment
  • Language skills: fluent in English
