MONTBLANC is present all around the world with more than 25 subsidiaries and 600 boutiques.

We are looking for a brand communication manager (m / f / d) to strengthen our marketing team.

The position is filled full-time and is limited to 1 year. Starting Date would be ideally January 1st 2021.

How you will leave your mark?


  • Development & management of global advertising campaigns across all channels, project management and coordination of creative agency & external partners
  • Rollout of global campaigns & brand-led initiatives to markets
  • Development of an annual content plan in alignment with the Brand Coms. strategy & product launch calendar
  • Organize & manage integrated content production for all relevant communications channels (e.g. print, digital, social, publications & CRM). Supervision and coordination of pre-production, shooting & post-production
  • Steering the development and production of product-focused content for our categories such as Watches, Writing Instruments, Leather and New Tech
  • Analysis and optimization of global content development & production process
  • Cross-functional alignment with internal interfaces such as eCom, Media, CRM, VM and product categories
  • Alignment on local requests & content production with markets
  • Further development of visual Brand Identity & content strategy in alignment with Head of Brand Communications


How will you experience success with us?


  • 3-5 years of work experience in the field of Marketing or Communications (e.g. Marketing or Brand Communication, Creative- or Communications Agency)
  • Degree in Marketing or Communication
  • Fluent in English
  • Background / solid experience in working at creative agencies
  • Experienced in integrated campaign & content productions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Digital expertise and industry knowledge
  • Creative & open mind-set
  • Agency experience is a plus
