- Manage the operational process for all online sales channels, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
- Mitigate operational risks, addressing order delays, failed deliveries, returns, and customer feedback to provide an excellent post-purchase experience for our global customers.
- Establish clear protocols to resolve fulfilment-related customer complaints efficiently and in collaboration with customer service teams. Work closely with our retail teams to ensure seamless omnichannel flows for our client.
- Identify recurring operational issues and refine fulfilment processes accordingly whilst working closely with the logistics team and the regional trade teams
- Develop data-driven insights on refund and return trends, improving policies to balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (on-time delivery rates, return rates, fulfilment accuracy) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Ec-Commerce or a related field
- 3+ years of experience e-commerce operations, preferably in a global or multi-channel environment
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and SAP as well fulfilment logistics, 3PL providers and cross-border shipping
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, GA, SQL)
