MAIN PURPOSE
The Sales Associate contributes to the Boutique success by meeting and surpassing sales objectives and conscious to reach excellent performance and align with compliance, also represents Montblanc in a professional manner that results in an excellent customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
  • Achieve individual sales goals and help to achieve overall results.
  • Process product exchanges.
  • Maintain operational standards by ensuring inventory control.
  • Assist in maintaining the general visual merchandising of the Boutique.
  • Follow retail signature process in order to ensure excellent customer experience inside the Boutique.
  • Record sales transactions in the system align with compliance.
  • Inventory executions and report through SOVIA tool.
  • Correct use of product

 

Customer Experience / Customer Relationships

 

  • Customer obsessed. Establish and maintain a strong client relationship through authorized Montblanc application.
  • Always provide a high level of customer service including prompt response to client requests/complaints.
  • Develop and maintain customers data base.
  • Handling of text messages with clients in a professional manner.
  • Keep accurate control records of all customer repairs (ensure repairs are sent to SAV and communicate repair status to clients and closed follow up to complete the process).
  • Protect and assure a professional use of data information.
  • Assist VIP customers.
  • Prospect new clients. Follow up CRM objectives and daily tasks.

Reporting:

 

  • Able to prepare and update sales information and send daily reports to Managers.
  • Report of visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Palacio de Hierro invoicing reporting if apply.
  • Support in all operational processes in order to assure positive Audit results.

Training:

 

  • Participate in all trainings and responsible of becoming an expert in product knowledge.
  • Strong interest and self study to learn about new products and stories. Connect, engage and inspire customers.
  • Achieve weekly training tasks in MeApp y E-Learning apps
