Then here is the perfect opportunity for you to join our Team as Senior Sales Associate within our Montblanc Boutique in Geneva.


The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for:

  • The achievement of sales targets, monitoring individual/boutique sales goals and identifying opportunities to gain new clients and increase sales

  • The sales floor management and the team coaching ensuring excellent client service and experience

  • Impeccable product know-how and ability to engage clients with appropriate products / collections

  • Exemplary Customer Service (incl. claim management and ASS)

  • The handling of (VIP)-customers, the development of long-term client relationships and the conversion of prospect clients into buying clients

  • Capturing all necessary information for the customer database as per the CRM standards and developing his/her client portfolio by implementing our clienteling strategy


The Senior Sales Associate also ensures:

  • Back office tasks’ management

  • Proper daily Boutique maintenance

  • Correct financial Boutique operations

  • Adhesion to Boutique security and loss prevention procedures

  • Regular inventory controls and random stock checks

  • Goods-in receipt and stocking and transfers of goods

  • Timely communication and information sharing in a constructive team building way

  • Repair follow-up


Your precious skills we are looking for:

  • 7+ years experience in retail business environment or luxury brand business

  • Retail or hospitality background, watchmaking knowledge is an asset

  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills

  • Constant proactivity

  • Excellent selling skills

  • Exemplary team working spirit

  • Strong communication skills – vis-à-vis clients, Boutique team, HO Management, suppliers, partners

  • In-depth knowledge about the product portfolio

  • Solid competence with till systems (SAP,GK), Sales Force and Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in French, English and another language is an asset
