MAIN PURPOSE

 

Responsible for the support of the assigned POS to achieve sales, profit and strategic objectives.

 

 

 

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key Responsibilities – 1

 

Sales, customer experience and profitability achievement

 

  • Responsible of achieve Sales results
  • Ensure that P&L objectives are fully met
  • Guarantee operation development through pair coaching and the Boutiques in sales, profit and strategic objective achievement110618, including P&L review.
  • Responsible of control inventory and maintain stock loss % to company set target.
  • Aligned Retail Marketing operations / events on the field for all the assigned POS with ROC.
  • Give constantly coaching on-the-job all types of trainings
  • Ensure hiring process and induction journey
  • Development of the Monthly Action Plans
  • Follow up the implementation of the correct product assortment
  • To give constant feedback to team in one-to-one sessions
  • Control operational costs
  • Ensure the excellence in execution of Customer Shopping Experience

Grow and develop inner talent

 

  • Develop follow up modules on the field of all Retail trainings. provide feedbacks and needs if necessary.
  • Analyse sales and stock report on weekly basis with concrete and short term action plans. Share information with team.
  • Develop customer relationship programs, monitor the CRM results and develop concrete actions plans to meet company targets.
  • Ensure the correct service, follow up and experience of every customer
  • Develop KPI daily report, follow up and elaborate strategies to meet the expected objectives.
  • Pro-active sales strategy plans to ensure sales BU achievement.
  • Ensure the correct presentation and sales ceremony with the customers
  • Become a professional in Artisan Business
  • Empowerment of the team to leverage their level of commitment.
  • E-commerce development and control
  • Develop professional teams inside each POS
  • To cover staff in sales activities when needed.

 

Key Responsibilities – 3

 

Control the operation of the assigned POS

 

  • Ensure the correct execution and implementation of ICS in the assigned boutiques
  • Ensure that cyclic, semestral and weekly inventories are executed correctly in all boutiques.
  • Ensure a strong communication with Retail Director to provide feedback of each POS
  • Ensure proper stock replenishment in all boutiques and provide feedback to Retail Merchandiser
  • (analyse product assortment)
  • Ensure professional ASS in all boutiques.
  • Ensure follow-up, feedback and development of mystery shopper activities
  • Ensure that all financials requirements are fully met. Ensure that all security requirements are fully met.

Coordination and collaboration of additional tasks

 

  • Contribute the coordination of new boutique projects/refurbishments/relocations.  Contribute to implement international and local strategies and strong communication with boutique teams.
  • Contribute to the Visual Merchandising implementation on due time in all POS.

  • Make sure the coverage of POS and assist to all POS events (Noches de Gala, Noches Palacio, etc,) and marketing activities.
  • Liaison with all functions at Hamburg HQ and Mex. office.
  • Bringing together monthly sales reports and figures.
  • To assist and detect new opportunities with special events, sales and promotions.

 

Technical skills / abilities:

  • Proficiency in the use of computer systems. Microsoft office Word and Excel required.
  • Ability to work with ERP assigned at the location assigned.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
