About The Role
We have a rare opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in our busy Sydney boutique, in the role of Boutique Supervisor. How You Will Leave Your Mark At Montblanc
In this role, you will be responsible for boutique sales performance, operations and recruiting and nurturing a high performance team.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Boutique Sales & Marketing
- Boutique Operations
- Managing costs, stock and inventory
- Client relations and customer service
- Visual Merchandising standards
- Team Recruitment, Development & Training
