Montblanc – Sales Associate Birmingham

(6month FTC - Full Time)

 

 

As an ambassador for Montblanc’s Birmingham boutique, you are responsible to deliver and maximise the performance of the Montblanc Boutique in the UK, through achievement of sales, profitability, and client satisfaction.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Boutique Performance

  • Achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives.
  • Development of sales and profit initiatives to develop the business
  • Regular sales and other KPI reporting.
  • Implementation of brand guidelines (visual merchandising, brand image, customer service standards, product launch guidelines).

 

Retail Operations

  • Inventory management and regular level control.
  • Accurate management of all till operations.
  • IT system maintenance and reporting.
  • Ensuring adherence to all security policies and procedures.
  • Reporting all repair and maintenance issues, ensuring follow-up for the boutique.

 

Client experience and development

  • Always ensure impeccable customer service.
  • Actively promote the brand CRM strategy.
  • Execution of all planned activities in the boutique.
  • Relationship management of all VIP customers.
  • Assisting the Boutique Manager with all customer service and client topics.
  • Promotion of corporate business gift opportunities

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 3-5 years’ experience in retail
  • Leather background
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Pro-active with a strong teamwork ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Good administrative skills
  • Flexible to work weekends
