MAIN PURPOSE

The Assistant Boutique Manager is the deputy of the boutique manager and responsible for the proper boutique operations i.e., turnover and the brand experience of the clients in the MTB boutique. The ABM creates an atmosphere reflecting the values and positioning of the brand, handles the team and ensures the safety and proper opening and closing of the boutique. Despite their entrepreneurship, the Assistant Boutique Manager always respects the brand’s and the boutique manager’s guidelines.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Acts as an ambassador for the Brand and inspires others to do so.

 Comply with Visual Merchandising Guidelines.

 Achieves the daily sales targets and respects discount policy.

 Guarantees an immaculate infrastructure (cleanliness, tidiness, merchandising, stationery, personal grooming and appearance of sales team).

 Completes daily reporting when closing the boutique.

 Manages and follows up on reservations, repairs (customer service support).

 Applies CRM program and develops VIP customers.

 Collects client addresses, grow address database and maintain actuality of data.

 Guarantees maximum security of goods.

 

PROFILE

 At least 3 years of sales experience in luxury boutique environment.

 (Desirable) Team leader or Supervisor function in previous sales job.

 Good coaching skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Entrepreneurship and ambition.

 Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.

 Excellent sales skills

 Excellent knowledge and proven passion of all MTB products.

 Fluent in local language(s) and a good level of English (French language would be a plus)
