<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Primary responsibilities:<span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Plans and directs the day-to-day sales operations of the boutique.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Develop a strong sales team to deliver consistent luxury client experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Implementation and execution of sales initiatives
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas together with the District Manager.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Participates in the annual review process

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">A bachelor's degree or its equivalent; at least 5 years of experience in retail sales.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Lead and directs the work of others.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Excellent understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods markets
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to people of varying levels and cultures;
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relations within the company;
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Highly creative. Out-of-the-box thinker;
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Garamond",serif">Self motivated seeking challenge and growth
